Job summary

PT Evo Manufacturing Indonesia di Palembang membutuhkan Kepala IT Infrastruktur untuk merancang dan mengarahkan strategi infrastruktur TI perusahaan. Anda akan memimpin tim Infrastruktur, Jaringan, Sistem, dan IT Support untuk memastikan ketersediaan layanan TI yang tinggi.

Posisi ini melibatkan manajemen server Windows/Linux, virtualisasi, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud, serta kebijakan keamanan siber, backup, dan DR.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di IT, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun infrastruktur IT, minimal 3 tahun manajerial.
• Pengalaman di manufaktur/FMCG sangat diutamakan.
• Pengetahuan kuat tentang jaringan, Windows/Linux, AD/M365, virtualisasi, cloud, firewall, backup, dan keamanan siber.

Responsibilities

• Rancang dan jalankan strategi infrastruktur TI perusahaan.
• Pimpin tim Infrastruktur, Jaringan, Sistem, dan IT Support.
• Pastikan ketersediaan server, jaringan, cloud, dan data center.
• Kelola vendor, kontrak, anggaran, dan proyek peningkatan infrastruktur.
• Kembangkan kebijakan IT, SOP, dan tata kelola kepatuhan.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and execute the company's IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure, Network, System Administration, and IT Support teams.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of servers, networks, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and data center operations.

• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and enterprise network security.

• Oversee server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.

• Implement cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, access control, and disaster recovery planning.

• Ensure business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery systems.

• Manage IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations, ERP, warehouse, production, quality, and distribution.

• Develop and monitor IT infrastructure budgets and investment plans.

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and technology partners.

• Establish IT policies, SOPs, standards, and governance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

• Lead infrastructure improvement projects and technology implementation initiatives.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability, and service quality through KPIs and SLA management.

• Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding technology improvements and digital transformation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head role.

• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Trading & Distribution industries is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)

• Windows & Linux Server Administration

• Active Directory & Microsoft 365

• VMware or Hyper-V Virtualization

• Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS)

• Firewall and Network Security

• Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Cybersecurity and IT Governance

• Experience managing multi-site infrastructure (Head Office, Factory, Warehouse, Branch Offices).

• Strong project management, vendor management, and budgeting skills.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to be based in Palembang
