About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing networks, servers, and systems while ensuring the protection of company data and IT assets from cybersecurity threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, cloud services, and endpoint security
- Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage systems
- Hands‑on experience in security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid IT environments
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and storage systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls to protect against malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access
- Monitor IT systems using security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection) and respond to incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities with relevant teams
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Document infrastructure configurations, cybersecurity policies, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve IT performance and security posture
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users regarding IT infrastructure and security best practices
Facility and Infrastructure Manager – Industrial Estate
Job Description
- Manage the overall operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities in the Industrial Estate such as roads, ducts, electricity, water, waste treatment, open spaces, and public facilities
- Handle routine, preventive, corrective, and reconstruction maintenance of assets and maintain the quality of public facilities
- Ensure all M/E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations such as machines, pumps, transformers, cubicles, PJU, and heavy equipment function optimally according to work standards and manage the stock of equipment, materials, and spare parts orders
- Plan and manage annual operational and maintenance budgets, as well as activities based on budgets and analyze cost effectiveness and efficiency against business plans
- Develop and ensure all operational activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and environmental regulations for all work teams and related parties
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on maintenance applications/logs and present them in the form of operational reports and facility performance analysis
- Handle technical incidents or emergencies quickly and effectively to ensure the continuity of area operations
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in facility and infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in managerial position
- Preferably have experience in Industrial Estates, or large‑scale properties
- Ability to read engineering drawings and project planning
- Strong leadership and ability to manage operational and technical teams
Network Operations Engineer
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, promptly detect and resolve network failures
- Design and maintain the configuration of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc
- Implement network security policies to ensure the security and stability of the network
- Regularly conduct network health checks and performance tests
- Provide technical support to assist users in resolving network connection issues
- Write and maintain online documents
Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of network device operation and maintenance experience
- Familiar with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, protocols, routing and switching technologies, and VPN technology
- Proficient in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc
- Possess good troubleshooting ability, able to quickly locate and solve network problems
- Possess basic teamwork spirit and communication skills
- Overseas network operation and maintenance experience is preferred, with certifications such as CCIE, HCIE, H3CIE, CISP, CISSP, PMP, etc. being preferred
