IT Infrastructure Engineer

Jakarta, Indonesia | On-site

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands‑on skills across Database Administration, Virtualization, IP & Security, and Load Balancing.

This role requires someone who can manage complex environments, perform troubleshooting independently, and collaborate closely with global teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Database (Oracle, Postgres/EDB, Cassandra)
  Monitor and optimize database utilization and performance.
  Execute and optimize DB queries.
  Handle DB operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting (L2 support).
  Escalate advanced issues to Oracle or EDB vendors.
• Operating Systems & Virtualization (VMware, RHEL)
  Monitor OS, CPU, Memory, and VMs performance.
  Create, set up, start, and stop virtual machines.
  Troubleshoot VM access and performance issues.
  Manage mount points and escalate to Red Hat or VMware when necessary.
• IP & Security (Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Security)
  Manage and monitor IP infrastructure and network traffic.
  Perform configuration and operational tasks.
  Conduct trace route and TCP dump analysis.
  Troubleshoot and elevate issues to L3 vendors.
• Load Balancer (F5)
  Operate, configure, and troubleshoot F5 load balancers.
  Monitor traffic, utilization, and system health.
  Perform trace route and packet analysis for issue isolation.
  Coordinate with vendor support for advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Database Administration, VMware/RHEL operations, and Network Security.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and load balancing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience in Oracle / EDB / Postgres / F5 / VMware / RHEL.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical domains.
