Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Information Security Staff to support company security operations, including access control, documentation, reporting, and coordination with other departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining a secure and compliant working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage employee access cards (issuance, extension, replacement, and return).
- Handle and update security pledge documents for employees.
- Prepare and process invoices related to information security activities.
- Act as help desk PIC for security-related issues (physical or IT security).
- Support budget monitoring and reporting for the security department.
- Monitor and manage contract or agreement expiration related to security matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree or higher from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or security-related work.
- Able to communicate in English (Korean language is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualification
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related major (Electrical, IT, or relevant field).
- Proven experience in handling physical security devices and network systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and maintenance of physical security equipment (e.g., CCTV, X-ray, metal detector, IDP, barrier gate, swing gate, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, CCTV recording management, and network configuration.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
