Job summary

Monee seeks an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to support governance activities, risk assessment, audits, and vendor management. This role liaises with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with policies and service levels.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in IT/IS and 3-5 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years in IT business support, vendor management, or related role with exposure to IT governance/compliance/risk.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance and compliance activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate periodic user access reviews and maintain related documentation.
• Support IT audit activities by preparing required documentation and following up on action items.
• Coordinate periodic IT Risk Assessment.
• Coordinate system incidents, service requests, and operational issues between business users and external vendors.
• Monitor issue resolution and ensure timely follow up in line with service levels.
• Act as primary liaison between business users and vendors for day-to-day operational support.
• Support vendor performance monitoring and periodic service reviews.
• Administer IT vendor contracts, SOWs, renewals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor-related administrative activities with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic operational and vendor management reports.
• Maintain documentation and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
