Job description

IT Governance & Network Manager - Tobacco Manufacture

Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and security standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, servers, firewall, VPN, data center, security systems).

Ensure network reliability, uptime, and performance across all sites and manufacturing facilities.

Lead IT security strategy including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Coordinate internal and external audits related to IT, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Manage IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

Monitor and control IT budgets, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the IT infrastructure & network team.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT governance, network management, or IT infrastructure leadership.

Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, IT audit, and compliance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT preferred).

Experience managing multi-location network environments (preferably manufacturing or industrial settings).

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
