Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT Governance and IT audit.
• Certification in COBIT 2019, ITIL or equivalent.
• Understanding of banking product business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• 1-year contract.

We are looking for an IT Governance Assistant who will play an important role in supporting IT governance processes, particularly in coordinating internal and external audits, following up on audit findings, and fulfilling the company's IT licensing and reporting requirements.

Requirement

• Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits across all IT divisions


• Provide assistance during internal and external audits across all IT divisions


• Prepare draft minutes of internal and external audit findings


• Follow up on and update the status of audit finding resolutions


• Update materials related to internal and external audit findings


• Coordinate the collection of evidence to support IT licensing requirements


• Coordinate the fulfillment of IT reporting requirements


• Coordinate the collection of evidence for IT assessment requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Computer Systems, or Information Technology


• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00 scale)


• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance and IT audit processes


• Level: Middle


• Holds a certification in COBIT 2019, ITIL, or other relevant IT governance certifications


• Understands banking product business processes


• Strong problem-solving skills with good critical and analytical thinking abilities


• Able to work effectively in a team with good interpersonal skills


• Responsible and able to complete tasks according to targets


• 1-year contract
