Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years in Full Stack Development or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend, RESTful APIs, databases, and SDLC.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Go.
• Git, cloud environments, deployment processes, and AI-assisted tools are a plus.
• Analytical, adaptable, collaborative problem-solver.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing scalable web applications that support PT Ultra Sakti's digital transformation and business operations. This position is responsible for delivering end-to-end application solutions across frontend and backend development while ensuring system reliability, performance, and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive continuous system improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative digital products that create value across the organization.
