Job summary

A prominent mining company in Nusa Tenggara Timur is seeking an IT End User Computing Analyst to provide routine support for personal computer users and coordinate operation of the Helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in maintaining computer hardware and software, along with a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Duties include troubleshooting issues, installing software, and maintaining records of support provided.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Novell, MS Outlook, Electronic Mail is necessary.
• Basic English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

Overview

IT End User Computing Analyst is responsible for providing routine support for personal computer users, coordinating operation of the Helpdesk and provide a reliable, high-quality level of service.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company Policies and Procedures in regards to IT Policies and Procedures will be specifically rated each annual performance review.
• Install and relocate personal computers, printers, modems, telephones and facsimile equipment as required.
• Install and configure personal computer software.
• Troubleshoot personal computer system problems.
• Maintain lab for troubleshooting and testing hardware and software components.
• Maintain records of user support provided and maintenance work performed.
• Maintain record of asset management of personal computers, printer and computer software.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Novell, MS Outlook, Electronic Mail is necessary.
• Basic English language skills are required.
