Transportations and Logistic (Trucking)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing operational processes (trucking, warehouse, freight forwarding) to identify efficiency opportunities and improve performance.
• Identify pain points in the supply chain and logistics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collect data related to operational performance, shipments, inventory, and logistics costs.
• Perform data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze demand patterns, vehicle routes, and warehouse capacity to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with the IT team for the implementation of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other analytical software tools.
• Conduct testing and training for users to ensure a smooth technology transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain management, logistics, or related industries.
• Hands‑on experience in logistics, warehouse management, freight forwarding, or transportation management.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and understanding various business areas such as operations, IT, and finance.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other logistics‑focused systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello for managing tasks, timelines, and collaboration within cross‑functional teams.
