Job Description
- Pengendalian Biaya Pengiriman: bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola anggaran biaya operasional pengiriman (bahan bakar, perawatan kendaraan, gaji kurir, outsourcing).
- Menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi peluang untuk mengurangi cost per delivery tanpa mengorbankan kecepatan atau kualitas.
- Optimasi Rute: merencanakan, memonitor, dan mengoptimalkan semua rute pengiriman harian dan event besar (kurir motor dan mobil) untuk mencapai efisiensi waktu dan jarak tertinggi.
- Memastikan semua pengiriman dilakukan tepat waktu (On-Time Delivery), terutama saat peak hour atau kondisi lalu lintas padat.
- Mengelola jadwal dan perawatan rutin armada kendaraan pengiriman.
- Manajemen Tim Kurir: memimpin, melatih, dan mendisiplinkan tim kurir (motor dan mobil) agar bekerja sesuai SOP, berpenampilan rapi, dan menjaga etika pelayanan.
- Mengawasi kinerja kurir melalui sistem tracking GPS dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kecepatan dan keselamatan.
- Koordinasi Operasional: berkoordinasi erat dengan Divisi Operasional dan Tim Dapur (Kitchen) terkait jadwal packing dan loading untuk memastikan makanan siap kirim sesuai rencana.
- Menangani dan melakukan troubleshooting cepat terhadap masalah pengiriman di lapangan (misalnya: gagal kirim, delay, atau kerusakan saat transit).
Project Management – Electrical Manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution for service projects (primarily) and new transformer projects.
- Manage projects from Kick‑Off Meeting to closure, ensuring both commercial and technical aspects are completed as per contract or Purchase Order (PO).
- Act as the key liaison between Sales (front office) and Manufacturing (back office) to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Review and improve ISO process flows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or transformer industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project.
- Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and results‑focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas for business trips as required.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
Senior Project Management Officer – Property Management

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) who will work directly with the CEO, acting as both a strategic project lead and a personal assistant to the CEO. This role bridges business development, project execution, and executive coordination — ensuring every initiative moves from concept to completion effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cross‑functional projects related to property development, renovation, and business expansion.
- Support the CEO in planning, executing, and tracking strategic business initiatives across multiple entities.
- Conduct business and feasibility studies for potential property or commercial developments.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and business proposals for CEO meetings and board reviews.
- Act as the right hand to the CEO — managing priorities, following up on key deliverables, preparing briefings, and maintaining structured communication between the CEO and business units.
- Organize and coordinate CEO’s project schedules, key meetings, and strategic correspondences in a professional and confidential manner.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are implemented and followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, business development, or executive support, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of project governance, feasibility studies, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence when representing the CEO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and project tracking tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
