Overview
You turn messy, ambiguous business problems into clear, testable plans. At Xtremax, Business Analysts lead discovery and planning for client projects and internal products. You research markets and stakeholders, separate what users want from what the business actually needs, and document requirements that engineers and designers can execute. During delivery you manage change requests and keep stakeholders aligned. For product and managed-service work, you help shape business plans and go-to-market strategies. You won\'t design AWS architectures, that\'s our Solution Architects, but you will make sure the solution solves the right problem.
