Responsibilities

• Drive company’s fund raising and capital market activities
• Develop and refine the company’s equity story, ensuring alignment with growth strategy and financial performance
• Maintain strong relationships with existing investors
• Prepare investor decks, Q&A briefings, and talking points for senior executives
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for existing investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• +5 years of working experience in investment relations, investment banking or advisory
• Understanding of the global capital market, with a network in East Asia/Southeast Asia Capital a plus
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (minimal speaking)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
