Job Description:

• Deal Sourcing and Execution: conduct industry research, deal sourcing and investment execution for growing private companies (Indonesia mainly). The execution process includes due diligence, investment memo preparation, documentation, and reporting to Tokyo HQ.
• Portfolio Management and Value Creation: manage, monitor and work closely with portfolio companies to provide ongoing support incl. facilitating synergies between portfolios / Group businesses.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Any other ad hoc job requires

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in venture capital/ banking/ startup management/ investment consulting, or other investment-related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
