Responsibilities

• Holistic project management: responsible for development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain and strategic procurement process, demonstrating entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and acquisition of new customers.
• Broad range of challenges: work on diverse customer portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad across various industries including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Intensive customer consulting: act as main contact for customers, conduct workshops, negotiations and presentations.
• Specific development: contribute to knowledge development within the company.
• Far-reaching responsibility: ensure team development both professionally and personally, and contribute to shaping the company's overall development as part of the INVERTO management team.

Requirements

• University degree with above-average grades and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive expertise in consulting, ideally in procurement/supply chain management and a passion for strategic and operational work.
• Successful leadership of teams professionally and personally.
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects.
