Job summary

Gresik Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse activities at the Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing complex internal and external stakeholders.
Proven persistence and ability to successfully lead teams.
Knowledge of business management software modules used in administration of logistics.
Understanding of logistics document processes and flows.

Responsibilities

Oversee material management and documentation for efficient goods movement.
Coordinate invoice settlement and warehouse management with accounting.
Conduct inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve document flow issues.
Lead transportation and trade operations for shipment arrangements and irregularities.
Validate warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy.
