Qualifications

Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager

What Will You Do
  • Lead cycle counts, stock opname, and internal/external inventory audits to ensure high stock accuracy.
  • Reconcile inventory variances and perform structured root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain accuracy and real-time integrity of all inventory transactions in the WMS.
  • Generate key inventory reports, including stock accuracy, shrinkage, SKU aging, and variance trends.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and Operational Excellence to resolve and prevent inventory issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for major discrepancy investigations with clients.
  • Monitor shrinkage trends and implement preventive risk‑mitigation actions.
  • Improve inventory systems and processes to support warehouse scalability and operational efficiency.
What Are the Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Inventory Control Supervisor/Manager or in operational audit.
  • Strong understanding of WMS, stock accuracy principles, cycle count, FEFO/FIFO, and bin management.
  • Ability to analyze complex inventory data, including variance analysis.
  • Experience managing multi‑client and multi‑warehouse operations.
  • Strong investigation and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong integrity in data management.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and advanced use of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Have own laptop for work.
