About the role

Are you a skilled retail auditor with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced Income Audit - Retail Apparel professional to join our growing team at PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia in Bali. This full-time role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our retail apparel stores to ensure compliance with financial policies and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular store audits to validate sales transactions, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
• Analysing financial data to detect discrepancies and irregularities, and providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Collaborating with store managers and corporate teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Documenting audit findings and preparing detailed reports for management
• Supporting investigations of suspected fraud or theft incidents
• Providing training and guidance to store teams on best practices for financial controls and compliance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail auditing or similar financial control roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent attention to detail and data analysis capabilities
