We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrative Assistant with Mandarin speaker to join our team in North Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will provide crucial administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
The office manages bills and sends them back to the headquarters for reconciliation in a timely manner.
Assist sales personnel in visiting customers, customer reception, and temporary translation.
Assist in the internal basic management and personnel attendance management of the office.
Insurance processing for office personnel, air ticket booking and Basic financial work.
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assisting with the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team
Translate and interpret company level meeting, external communication, work arrangement for leadership
Translate and check company level document
Take care the daily management, like the work schedule, meeting arrangement, customer reception, executive working area arrangement
Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
Experienced in providing administrative support to senior level management
Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
Active and cooperative
Fully energetic person
High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to details
Have ability to maintain confidentiality
Minimum has two years of working experience in related field
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
