Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking a driven student for a full-time internship (minimum 6 months, 40 hours/week). You will analyze Indonesia’s labor market, support workforce planning, and build data-driven insights using STATA/Excel. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 (out of 4.00).
• Interest in labor market condition in Indonesia, region and global.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; STATA or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the consulting team in analyzing Indonesia’s labor market conditions, workforce dynamics, and job trends to inform strategic workforce planning and economic analysis.
• Assist in conducting economic and labor market research to provide insights that enhance workforce planning, and talent strategy initiatives.
• Use STATA, Excel, or similar software to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and support forecasting and modeling efforts.
• Collaborate with consultants to gather, clean, and interpret workforce data including employee engagement, performance metrics, and workforce demographics.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing insights and helping document key findings and action items.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and data visualizations to clearly communicate analyses and recommendations.
• Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging workforce trends, and technologies to support project work and team knowledge.
• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing PwC’s workforce transformation methodologies and consulting services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Able to use STATA or statistical tools will be plus point.
• Able to join for full-time (40 hours a week) for a minimum duration of 6 months.
