Job summary

Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Lead to oversee audit activities based on approved plans and assignments. You will lead audit teams across units, estates, and mills, and ensure findings are well-supported and documented.

You will conduct interviews, verify information, prepare draft audit reports, and monitor corrective actions. Strong English, SAP, and MS Office skills are essential, along with willingness to travel extensively to estates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) and experience in oil palm plantation/mill operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably with plantation/agri-business.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Willing to travel extensively to estates, mills, and other sites.
