Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Lead to oversee audit activities based on approved plans and assignments. You will lead audit teams across units, estates, and mills, and ensure findings are well-supported and documented.
You will conduct interviews, verify information, prepare draft audit reports, and monitor corrective actions. Strong English, SAP, and MS Office skills are essential, along with willingness to travel extensively to estates
Lead and conduct internal audit activities based on approved audit plans and assignments.
Lead audit teams in inspecting units, sections, estates, and mills.
Conduct interviews, confirmations, and verification with relevant parties.
Review audit working papers and ensure audit findings are properly supported and documented.
Prepare and review draft audit findings and internal audit reports.
Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields), experience in oil palm plantation/mill operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably with experience in plantation/agri-business.
Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Good understanding of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Willing to travel extensively to estates, mills, and other sites, including inter-island travel.
