Qualifications

• Able to communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in English, Excel, and report preparation; willing to travel to HQ and sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across GTL departments and functions.
• Evaluate compliance with policies, SOPs, regulations, and internal controls.
• Identify risks within business processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct investigations into suspected policy violations or fraud.
• Analyze findings, determine root causes, and report effectively.
• Follow up on corrective action plans to ensure closure.
• Support development of internal control frameworks and governance.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve process effectiveness and accountability.
• Maintain audit documentation and records in line with standards.
