Job summary

Rolls-Royce Indonesia offers an internship in finance, providing hands-on experience in daily financial operations, including analysis, controls, cash management, and accurate record-keeping. You’ll support routine accounting tasks and learn how sound practices drive performance.

You’ll work on bank reconciliations, journal entries, vendor invoices, fixed assets, month-end close, and customer invoicing, gaining cross-functional exposure in a global company.

Qualifications

• University students, preferably studying Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Finance department with any process improvement projects
• Reconciling bank statements, maintaining transaction records, preparing payment lists, processing journal entries, and assisting with cash management
• Supporting the Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset teams by registering and verifying vendor invoices, maintaining the fixed asset register, performing reconciliations, assisting with month‑end closing and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable team by preparing and sending customer invoices, reconciling accounts receivable and supporting billing enquiries
• Maintaining financial documentation, assisting with audit preparation, contributing to other projects and coordinating with other departments

Role Overview:
