Rolls-Royce Indonesia invites university students to join a finance internship in Jakarta for January to May/June 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, internal controls and cash flow management while supporting routine accounting tasks.

The programme emphasizes learning from experienced colleagues, with real projects, exposure to month-end close and documentation, and opportunities to develop technical and collaboration skills in a global company.

Qualificações

• University students preferably studying Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail with multitask capability.
• Analytical and results-oriented with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support Finance department with process improvement projects
• Reconcile bank statements, maintain records, prepare payment lists, process journal entries, and assist cash management
• Support Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset teams by registering and verifying vendor invoices, maintaining the fixed asset register, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing and investigating discrepancies
• Support Accounts Receivable team by preparing and sending customer invoices, reconciling accounts receivable and supporting billing enquiries
• Maintain financial documentation, assist with audit preparation, contribute to other projects and coordinate with other departments

Role Overview:
This internship provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a finance function, offering exposure to key areas such as financial analysis, internal controls, cash flow management and accurate financial record keeping. You'll have the opportunity to support routine accounting tasks, assist in preparing financial reports and gain insight into how sound financial practices drive organisational performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Finance department with any process improvement projects
