Job summary

Job description

INCO Studio is an Australian company based in Sydney. We are on the lookout for an interior designer/documenter to join the team and grow with the company. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in Indonesia, with working hours aligned to the Australian time zone (Sydney)

Role & Responsibility
  • Translate Residential and hospitality design concepts from concept to documentation.
  • Create 3D model from ArchiCAD & Sketchup.
  • Create 3D rendering using Enscape.
  • Create detailed design documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Specify materials, products, and finishes in line with the design proposed.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones to deliver outstanding design solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods related to hospitality projects.
  • Well-developed design communication skills to convey design concepts to documentation via sketches.

Mandatory Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in residential or hospitality interior design.
  • Ideally with working experience in an Australia‑based project.
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape.
  • Professional experience working with ArchiCAD is a must. Candidate must prove their ArchiCAD efficiency to be considered in this role.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
