Job summary

Ideal candidates are creative, with a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and CAD familiarity, plus strong interpersonal and managerial skills for collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• GPA of 3.00 or higher.
• Artistic and creative mindset with CAD familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal and managerial communication.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom decoration, exhibitions, and internal events based on design requirements.
• Research and identify interior design trends based on market needs and target customers.
• Support photography activities for 3D mapping projects.
• Assist in arranging fabrics, catalogs, hanger samples, and concept books according to interior trends and target markets.
• Present interior design trends and insights twice a year.
• Monitor subordinates’ work to ensure targets and standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with subordinates and other designers to ensure design concepts are aligned with the planned interior direction.
• Monitor WIP and leftover fabrics from sample production and maintain proper 5K workplace practices.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join PT. Ateja Tritunggal. This is a full-time position based in Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that reflect our clients' visions and enhance their quality of life. You will be instrumental in developing innovative design concepts, managing project execution, and ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

Support showroom decoration, exhibitions, and internal events based on design requirements.

Research and identify interior design trends based on market needs and target customers.
