A construction and design firm in Ubud, Indonesia, seeks an Interior Design Administrative Assistant to support daily tasks, prepare cost estimates, and communicate with suppliers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Support the Head of Interior Design with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare cost estimates and collect supplier quotations for materials and furniture.
Communicate with suppliers and other departments for follow-ups and requests at handover villa stage.
Keep project files and data organized in the shared drive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience in administration or coordination, ideally in design or construction.
Good communication and organization skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow up efficiently.
Comfortable working in a team and with multiple departments.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
