Job summary

Prudential invites final year students or fresh graduates to join a 6-month internship in South Jakarta. The role offers a hybrid work pattern (WFO 3 days, WFH 2 days) to support the Group Client Relations team with data on outstanding premium and excess claim billings.

You will draft email summaries, prepare billing documents, and dispatch hard copies to clients. Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship
• Work fast, neat and thorough
• Computer literate: word, excel
• Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
• Have an experience in insurance company will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare data regarding outstanding premium and excess claim billings for the Group Client Relations team.
• Prepare emails draft for sending summaries and details of outstanding excess claims.
• Prepare hard copies of billing and handle their dispatch to clients.
