Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - preferably in Biology or have work experience in a life science laboratory
• Must possess strong team-oriented skills. Ability to work in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Experienced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel in particular). NetSuite ERP experiences a plus.

• Process orders via email or phone. Check data accuracy in orders.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Stay up-to-date with new products.
• Send quotations to customers.
• Verify lead times with vendors.
• Answer product and technical questions.
• Other duties as assigned.
