Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls/emails (Telemarketing, WhatsApp, Email).
• Provide product/service information and pitch using prepared scripts; adjust scripts based on customer needs.
• Follow up inbound leads and pass qualified prospects to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Achieve call/reach targets and meet assigned sales quotas.
• Create sales order (SO).

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Strong sales strategy development and execution skills.
