Responsibilities

  • Receive inquiries, review, and analyze inquiries to determine scope, specifications, and feasibility.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical data, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop accurate pricing based on bill of materials and vendor quotes.
  • Prepare and submit detailed commercial and technical proposals.
  • Support Sales team in compiling tender documents.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and maintain communication with clients.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, proposals, and vendor communications.

Qualifications
  • D3/ S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in CAD software & Office
  • Experience in preparing Quotations and managing the sales lifecycle is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in oil & gas, EPCI and tender is an advantage
  • Experience in fire protection product is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Receive inquiries, review, and analyse inquiries to determine scope, specifications, and feasibility.
  • Communicate with suppliers and principals to obtain quotations, technical data, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with other departments and engineering/production teams to develop accurate pricing based on bill of materials, vendor quotes, and margin targets.
  • Prepare and submit detailed commercial and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and internal pricing strategies.
  • Support & assist Sales team in compiling tender documents, including technical specifications, compliance matrices, and commercial forms.
  • Provide pre‑sales technical support, respond to follow‑up queries, and maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, proposals, and vendor communications. Generate periodic reports on quotation status and conversion rates.
