Job summary

Happyfit Indonesia is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and execute campaigns with a focus on engagement and brand growth. You will research, engage, and manage KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring timely delivery and strong partner relationships.

You will create detailed briefs, coordinate posting, and monitor performance, translating data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Research, identify, and engage relevant influencers/KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracts, and timelines.
• Create clear content briefs and ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate posting schedules and monitor influencer content performance.
• Track and analyze campaign results (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign integration.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
