A leading adhesives and chemicals company seeks a Sales Executive in Jakarta Utara. This role requires 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. You will engage potential customers, report on sales progress, and collaborate with multiple functions to meet targets. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia is necessary.
Identify the potential customers who use adhesives and specialty chemicals.
Visit the potential customer and build the good relationship.
Run the trial order with or without the attendance of Technical Service colleagues.
Report to Sales Manager on regular basis.
Grow the sales in existing customers and get the additional sales from new customers.
Hit or exceed the target.
Collaborate with other functions, such as Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the smooth supply to customers.
Ensure the compliance to all company standards and procedures.
Can discuss about possibility to station in Surabaya.
Bachelor's in science/engineering/economy with preference in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
3 or more-year experience in B2B Industrial Products with preference in adhesives or chemicals.
Attractive, confident and good in presentation skill.
Intelligent, fast learner with good analytical skill and logical thinking.
Creative and able to work under minimum supervision.
Persistent, target oriented, have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written, good in Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage.
Have broad network and good in bringing in new customers.
Able to convince potential customer based on value selling instead of fighting on price.
Good in closing the deals with customers and collect orders.
Have positive and growth mindset with entrepreneur passion.
Good in time management.
Willing to travel around Indonesia.
Have driving license (SIM A).
