Job summary

Job Description
- Manage and maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, and government institutions related to manpower.
- Handle and resolve industrial relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support collective labor agreement (CLA) negotiation and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on industrial relations matters.
- Oversee and manage general affairs activities, including office facilities, security, transportation, utilities, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise company events, permits, and other administrative needs.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to HR initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and workplace improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations and General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling disciplinary cases, union relations, and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR information systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
