As the Industrial Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Advising on and implementing the company's industrial relations strategy
  • Negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements with trade unions
  • Resolving employee grievances and disputes in a timely and fair manner
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Developing and delivering training programmes for managers on industrial relations best practices
  • Providing guidance and support to the HR team on all industrial relations matters
  • Representing the company in labour tribunals and legal proceedings, if required
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices and recommending improvements to the company's industrial relations policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar industrial relations role, preferably within the manufacturing or service industries
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex industrial relations issues
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and address potential industrial relations risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
