Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial HR, Industrial Relations, or Employee Relations role, preferably in the Manufacturing or Plantation sector
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, Indonesian labour laws, and employment regulations
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR Information/Management Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools
  • Willing to be placed at PT Andalan Manis Sejahtera (Member of Samora Group)Marunda Site, North Bekasi
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to line managers on HR‑related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with labour unions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to support a positive work culture.
  • Monitor employment law updates and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Manage and evaluate CSR, internal company, and employee engagement programs.
