Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Cilegon Service Center is seeking an Experienced Professional focused on quality assurance for repair and service of industrial compression equipment. The role centers on quality control, QMS management, and providing technical quality support and documentation throughout the repair lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in QA/QC in heavy industry, ISO 9001:2015 audit experience, and proficiency with precision measurement tools, including 3D laser scanning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in quality assurance/quality control in heavy equipment manufacturing, service, or repair.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor, AK3 Umum, Six Sigma preferred.
• Familiar with quality management standards, inspection, and documentation controls, plus 3D laser scanner usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on materials and during repairs to ensure drawings and specs are met.
• Witness critical repair processes (e.g., welding, heat treatment) to ensure quality compliance, document NCRs and MRB dispositions.
• Maintain and improve the local QMS aligned with ISO 9001; participate in audits; implement CAPA.
• Create and process inspection reports and SAP data entries; provide quality guidance to workshop personnel.
