Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Data Scientist or related role.
• Strong Python and SQL for data processing.
• Experience with ERP and industrial operational data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI- and data-driven solutions.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, train, validate, and optimize ML and predictive models to solve business problems.
• Conduct feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments with scalability in mind.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate model outputs and business insights.
