Job summary

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to build next-generation TTS systems. We are seeking Indonesia-based female voice actors who are native Bahasa Indonesia speakers to contribute high-quality voice recordings for training and evaluating cutting-edge speech models.

Fluency in English is a plus; ideal candidates have experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting and can deliver clear, expressive audio across diverse scripts.

Qualifications

• Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker based in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability over the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with good tone and pacing.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, mic setup, file formats).
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion and style when required.
