Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Coordinator to join the Production Management team supporting Indonesia titles. This hands‑on role involves reviewing budgets, schedules, and workflows and coordinating with senior producers across pre, production and post‑production.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Line Producer experience, are fluent in Indonesian and English, and can travel as needed to support regional productions while upholding Netflix standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Line Producer in film or series production.
• Fluent in Indonesia and English.
• Strong understanding of production budgets, schedules, and paperwork.
• Willing to travel across the region to support productions.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Management Managers/Executives in onboarding and running original film and series productions in Indonesia.
• Act as the day‑to‑day link between productions and internal Netflix teams.
• Serve as an in‑house Line Producer across pre‑production, production, and post‑production.
• Communicate and negotiate with senior producers on budget, schedule and production plan questions.
• Build and maintain production schedules and share updates.
