A leading pharmaceutical consultancy in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced professional to ensure compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical laws, manage drug quality issues, and provide training to wholesale customers. The ideal candidate should hold a Licensed Pharmacist qualification, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be proficient in Indonesian and English. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
1、Ensure the entire process of drug circulation and sales complies with Indonesia's "Pharmaceutical and Food Law" and relevant regulatory requirements.
2、Verify supplier qualifications and product compliance, handle drug quality-related issues, and cooperate with regulatory authorities for inspections.
3、Review drug import approvals, labels and instructions to ensure compliance with Indonesian language labeling and religious-cultural requirements.
4、Provide medication consultation and product knowledge training for wholesale customers (such as pharmacies, hospitals, etc.), and answer customer inquiries.
5、Coordinate with logistics, finance and legal teams to ensure efficient connection of all links in drug circulation.
Requirements :
1、Pharmaceutical-related majors are preferred. Must hold a Licensed Pharmacist qualification certificate (Apoteker) recognized by Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
2、At least 1 year of quality management experience in pharmaceutical wholesale, retail or pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. Familiar with Indonesian regulations and operational processes for drug import and distribution; having undertaken the full PBF and BPOM processes. Capable of responding to government inspections, mastering warehouse management requirements and providing guidance for adjustments.
3、Work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies or local large-scale pharmaceutical circulation enterprises is preferred. Candidates with relevant network resources, proficiency in personnel management and a clear understanding of the pharmaceutical industry are prioritized.
4、Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken), which can be used as working languages. Possess cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
5、Skilled in using Office software and pharmaceutical industry management systems (such as SAP, ERP).
6、Rigorous and meticulous, adhere to professional ethics, sensitive to data, and responsible in work.
