Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth through agents and distributors, while maintaining long-term and stable partnerships
  • Expand the distribution network, recruit new agents, actively explore the market, and increase brand coverage
  • Collect and analyse market information, understand customer needs, and formulate flexible business plans to adapt to market changes
  • Conduct product planning and inventory management to ensure timely supply and meet market demand
  • Train and manage the sales team to build a professional, efficient, and cohesive team that achieves the company’s overall sales goals
  • Assist agents and coordinate closely with internal departments to improve overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, with proven success in market expansion and sales channel development
  • Experience in developing and managing agent/distributor networks, capable of conducting business development independently
  • Familiar with Indonesia’s beverage market, consumer preferences, and market trends
  • Strong market analysis and business planning skills, with the ability to adjust sales strategies according to market dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Legally eligible to work in Indonesia preferred; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Preferably under 45 years old, with strong adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Experience working or living in the Indonesia market is an advantage
