Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience in marketing, retail, or brand communications
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, basic video editing, or other visual design software
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail; passion for sports or an active lifestyle is a plus
• Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media platforms aligned with marketing messages and brand tone
• Develop graphic materials for retail advertising, including print and digital formats for in-store and partner promotions
• Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities; collaborate with VM on POSM visuals
• Ensure output adheres to Asia HQ brand guidelines and maintains cross-channel consistency
• Assist in sourcing visuals or production vendors as required for design execution
• Handle other design-related tasks as assigned to support marketing and sales objectives
