• Minimum 2 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel at a company.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes and secure favorable contract clauses for the company.
• High attention to detail when reviewing complex legal documents.
• Clear oral and written communication skills to explain legal concepts to non-legal management.
• Up-to-date with technology and AI developments that affect the company's legal position.
