Job summary

Werkudara Group in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta invites a final-year student or recent graduate to join our creative team as a 3D event design intern. You will assist in developing 3D event designs, layouts, stage concepts, booths, venues, and environments to support client proposals.

You will create 3D visualizations and renderings, translate briefs into compelling visuals, prepare mood boards and layouts, and help with pitches and event execution under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
• Previous internship or project experience in large-scale events, MICE, exhibitions, or event production is highly preferred.
• Portfolio of 3D/event design projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing 3D event designs, layouts, stage concepts, booths, venues, and event environments.
• Create 3D visualization and rendering to support event concepts and client presentations.
• Support the development of event proposals, including creative concepts, mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations.
• Translate event concepts and client briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Assist the Creative team in preparing design materials for pitches, presentations, and event execution.
• Make design adjustments based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical and visual references for large-scale event projects.
• Stay updated on trends in event design, spatial design, experiential design, and creative visualization.
