Job summary

ICAN Education Consultant in Batam is seeking an IELTS Full-Time Teacher to deliver comprehensive IELTS instruction across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. You will provide structured feedback, guide students through test formats, and tailor strategies and materials to individual needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IELTS teaching experience or Bachelor's Degree in English/English Education.
• Have previously taken IELTS and achieved overall band score of at least 7.0.
• Strong knowledge of IELTS Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking modules, assessment, and test strategies.
• Communicative, patient, and responsible.
• Able to adjust and curate teaching materials based on students' abilities.
• Based in Batam and willing to teach offline.
• Willing to participate in interview and teaching demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Teach IELTS across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking components.
• Provide structured feedback and guidance to students.
• Help students understand IELTS test format and assessment criteria.
• Develop and implement strategies to help students achieve target band scores.
• Curate teaching materials and methods to suit individual student abilities.
