Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ICT Manager to lead and manage all information and communication technology services within the company. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure including onboard vessel IT support and ensuring technology effectively and securely facilitates smooth offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for IT services and IT Service Management processes.
• Lead IT incident management, compliance with standards, and continuous service improvement.
• Manage the availability of network infrastructure, servers, applications, and cybersecurity systems, including vessel communication systems such as VSAT, IOP, and FBB.
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of major or complex IT changes.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure spending aligns with the plan.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors, including maritime and offshore technology service providers.
• Implement and monitor compliance with HSE policies within the IT environment.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ICT, with team leadership experience.
• Preferably experienced in the offshore, maritime, or related logistics industries.
• Proficient in MS Dynamic 365 Business Central and MS Power BI.
• Knowledgeable in COBIT 2019 and ITIL 4 frameworks.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
• Skilled in team leadership, vendor negotiation, and working under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.
