They are currently seeking a creative and skilled Ice Cream Chef to develop and produce premium, handcrafted ice cream creations that complement the brand's distinctive menu and elevate the guest experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Ice Cream Chef, Gelato Chef, or Pastry Chef in premium or artisanal dessert concepts outlets in Bali or Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of ice cream and gelato production techniques, balancing, and ingredient functionality.
  • Creative flair with a strong sense of flavour development, texture, and presentation.
  • Experience working in a modern, high-volume, or pre-opening environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to product innovation.
  • Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and brand standards.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and refine artisanal ice cream and gelato recipes that reflect the brand's creative and modern culinary concept.
  • Oversee daily production to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to create unique flavour pairings and menu integrations.
  • Manage ingredient sourcing, stock levels, and production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal waste.
  • Stay updated with global dessert and gelato trends to continuously innovate and elevate the product offering.
  • Train and supervise junior staff on ice cream preparation techniques, quality control, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain equipment and production areas in excellent working condition and compliance with food safety regulations.
