Your Experience And Skills Include
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience/ educational background with the position applied
  • Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
  • Familiar with Ms. Office and relevant accounting systems
  • To act as a professional activity including all activities involved in obtaining materials at minimum costs.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Maintain stock levels, and may also conduct negotiate research, with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers.
  • Source and buy materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations
  • Conduct monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other storeroom items.
  • Conduct market price survey in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and Kitchen Leader.
