24Slides, a leading presentation design company, is seeking a DevOps Engineer based in Malang to join its Technology team. You will work closely with our DevOps and Engineering colleagues in Europe to optimize deployment pipelines and automation.

You will collaborate with the software, data, and QA teams to strengthen data pipelines and automation, while applying security best practices and DR planning. This role emphasizes cross-regional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Three+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role supporting production applications.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure; DigitalOcean experience is a plus.
• Building, maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of Cloudflare, reverse proxies, and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with relational databases and Redis caching engines.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across hosting environments.
• Apply IaC tools and containerization best practices for resource management and environment consistency.
• Monitor cloud compute utilization and cost efficiency across environments.
• Maintain CI/CD build runners and automation pipelines.
• Conduct security patch updates.
• Monitor system health, metrics, and log pipelines.
• Participate in proactive troubleshooting, incident management, and post-incident RCA.
• Conduct periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to validate recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
